Disabled Groups and Carers
We make no charge for any group member who is registered as disabled. In the case of a registered disabled group visit, carers only will be charged at the current group rate. We must ask, however, that the ratio of carers to disabled customers is no more than one carer to two group members.
Nursery Groups
Children under the age of 4 are admitted free to each attraction. Accompanying adults are charged at the full adult rate.
How to get to Hastings
The A259 coastal road links Hastings to the Channel Ports and the Channel Tunnel to the East, and Brighton to the West. The A21 links Hastings to the M25 London orbital motorway. Frequent trains run from London Charing Cross and London Victoria (approx 90 mins). Please click here for a map and detailed directions.
Shopping Our souvenir shops at Smugglers Adventure and Blue Reef Aquarium are bursting with great gifts and mementoes of your visit to Hastings. Goodie bags are available for primary school groups. West Hill Cliff Railway
For a unique experience, why not take the Victorian West Hill Cliff Railway to the Smugglers Adventure and Hastings Castle. You'll find the entrance in George Street in Hastings Old Town.

Bookings
It is always advisable to book your visit, particularly in the months of May to July. Our Group Travel Officer is happy to assist with any aspect of your visit to Hastings and is available from 10am – 5pm in the Summer and 11am – 4pm in the Winter. Combined tickets are available in several combinations for Hastings Attractions.
Invoicing details
An invoicing facility is available for Travel Trade Organisations. We require two trade references and a bank reference for this facility to be set up. Invoices can be raised and paid in Euros on request.
